Omega Exhibitions is a new name in the exhibition industry but we have decades of experience.

 

When our director Paul left his home south of the border and arrived in Glasgow in 2003, he received a warm welcome and his work ethic was quickly recognised. While working throughout Scotland, he worked hard and invested in himself, starting to build his own electrical stock and eventually possessed enough stock to serve over 600 stands.

By 2014, he had built up his electrical stock and had swiftly became a regular face in Scotland's events industry, particularly at the SEC in Glasgow. He is welcomed and respected in any exhibition centre, conference hall, or event venue in Scotland and throughout the UK.

Paul established AEE Electrical in 2019 and has served as the primary electrical provider for several Scottish exhibitions since.

In 2020, the industry faced lockdown constraints, prompting a decision between investing or selling. Paul decided to take the chance and invest in more stock and expand on the services that he could provide.

In 2021, Paul expanded into full exhibition solutions, establishing AEE Exhibitions. AEE Electrical continued to thrive and was recommended to Orientations, which led to them becoming the primary electrical contractor for COP 26.

In 2022, Paul decided to expand the stock even further by forming AEE Specialist Lighting to deliver a greater selection of lighting to a broader range of events.

Throughout 2022-2024, we have supplied an abundance of services to exhibitions throughout the UK.

Now, in 2024, it is time to consider how we function and how we might better serve our clients. Paul believed that combining all three companies under one name would simplify things for our clients and streamline our business processes, and thus Omega Exhibitions was born.
